Walk Saturday 25th September 2021
Barbara will lead a short easy walk this Saturday. 10am from the Discovery Centre, through Bogany Woods, up Eastlands Road, through the riding stables,over the golf course and back into Rothesay. Approx 3 miles with a short fairly steep climb. We may be able to survey some of the paths for the Rambler's Mapping Scotland project.

Walk Saturday 18th September 2021
As it's getting near the end of the season when the busses run to Ettrick Bay, this week's walk will be the Ettrick Bay to St. Ninian's Bay circuar, led by JimC (mob 07502475922) It's a 7-8 mi moderate walk taking 4-5 hr over rough coastal and hill paths, starting and finishing at Ettrick Bay cafe. You will need walking boots, gaiters and walking poles, a shower jacket, plus a packed lunch and something to drink. The bus out is the 490 north from Guilford Square at 0945. There are regular busses back each hour.

Walk Saturday 11th September 2021
The Saturday walk will be led by JimA, a circular walk from Kilchatten Bay following the WIW south from the Bus terminus (9.45 bus south from Guildford Square) walking to Glencallum Bay and then up to Tor Mor. Then down the ridge to St Blanes and from there back to Kilchatten Bay. It is moderate.

Walk Saturday 4th September 2021
Peter is leading the walk for Saturday 4 September to Ettrick Bay starting from Discovery Centre at 10am. Will take a walk through Skeoch Wood then along Ardbeg Road and Shore Road to Port Bannatyne and down tramway to Ettrick. Easy walking all the way, just over 2 hours walking. Packed lunch or refreshments available at cafe. Buses back to town shortly after the hour.
