Hill of Ascog Walking from the Discovery Centre, Rothesay, at 10am via woodland and farm tracks to the Hill of Ascog with views over Rothesay Bay, and returning to Rothesay. 5 miles, easy, led by Paul (07541 080332).

Walk for Saturday, 23rd November 2024 CANCELLED
Walk cancelled due to leader's ill health, and poor weather forecast. Moor Road to Rothesay. 9:45am bus south to the War Memorial at Mount Stuart from Guildford Square, to walk along a good track back into Rothesay via the Moor Road and Loch Fad. 5 miles, easy, led by Marion (07791 903956).

Rothesay to Ettrick Bay via the Gortans. Starting from the Discovery Centre, Rothesay at 10am and walking to Ettrick Bay via the Gortans on good tracks and footpaths. 5 miles, easy, led by Margaret (07585 325002).

Instead of the advertised walk, Martin will lead a local walk, 10am from the Discovery Centre, Rothesay, to either Ettrick Bay (5miles) or Port Bannatyne (3.5 miles).
