Walk for Saturday, 26th July 2025
Lachlan Bay a short walk starting from Inver restaurant, across the river bridge leading to Kilmorie Chapel. Return to the bridge and follow the path to the old castle Lachlan. From there a coastal path back. Meet 9.15am Chapel Hill car park for car sharing to catch the 9.40 ferry from Rhubodach. SHEEP DOG TRIALS

Taking the earlier 8.48am bus south from Guildford square to Kilchattan Bay.
This will allow time to watch the sheep dog trials at Plan Farm.
Walk by road and shoreline via Dunagoil Bay to Plan Farm.
Return walk, following the road to finish at Kilchattan Bay and return bus.
Earliest return bus 14:19
Circular walk 6.5 miles moderate.
Bring packed lunch.
