A short easy walk (3 miles), 10am from the Discovery Centre, Rothesay, through Skipper Wood and the golf course, returning by the Serpentine. Back for midday (for those going to Madame Butterfly!). Let the leader know if it's your first time out with us (Barbara, 07412 447676).

Kilchattan and Sheepdog Trials, Saturday 15 July 2023
9.45am bus south from Guildford Square to Kilchattan post office. Walk to Dunagoil, the Fort and the Garrety along to Plan Farm for the sheepdog trials, have lunch, stay for an hour or so, then head back to Kilchattan Bay via St Blanes and around the Suidhe. 6 miles, moderate. 8.30am West Kirk car park for car sharing (contact leader beforehand to arrange). 9am ferry to Wemyss Bay. 3 miles strenuous, but going at an easy pace, so it will take about 4 hours. 340m of ascent.
