Walk for Saturday, 25th November 2023
Southern Peninsula Walk. Taking the 9.45am bus south from Guildford Square to Kilchattan, and walking to Glen Callum, climbing to Tor Mor, descending to St Blanes, up to the shoulder of Suidhe Chattain and following the Plan Road to the Kingarth hotel. Meet in the West Kirk car park at 7.30 for car sharing to take the 8am ferry to Wemyss Bay, then drive to Glasgow for the start of the walk around Glasgow. 11 miles, moderate. Contact the leader, Harry (07801 946643), in advance to ensure a place in a car.
